Agreement

By using I Forgot The Coupons ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Hayper, LLC.

The Service

I Forgot The Coupons helps you save money on groceries by automatically ranking and clipping digital coupons to your store loyalty card based on your purchase history. The Service includes mobile apps for iOS and Android and this website.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You may connect one or more store loyalty accounts. You must be authorized to use those accounts.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Subscriptions

  • The Service offers a 7-day free trial of the Premium subscription. After the trial, you will be charged the Premium subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Premium is available at $1.99/month or $19.99/year, billed through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or directly via our website, depending on how you subscribed.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Store Connections

When you connect a store loyalty account, the Service accesses your digital coupons and purchase history through the store's website. We do not guarantee that all coupons will be successfully clipped or that savings amounts are accurate — these depend on the store's systems. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fred Meyer, Kroger, or any other retailer.

Limitations

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for changes to store coupon programs, expired coupons, or coupon redemption failures.
  • Savings estimates are approximate and depend on your shopping habits and store availability.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to resell coupons, automate coupon clipping for commercial purposes, or violate any store's terms of service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
